抵达体验不错，套房和酒店环境也可圈可点，但当晚发现床头紧靠电梯井，一晚上听着电梯的上上下下，开门关门，机器的轰鸣，无法入睡，次日投诉后给了一个标间过度，然后说是免掉升房的费用，第二天出行下午两点多回到房间竟然发现没有打扫，匪夷所思，投诉后也就安排了一个人过来简单搞了一下，说是太忙了人手不够…无语，CO的时候前台给的账单显示只免了第二晚升房的费用，和之前沟通的不符合，宝宝睡着了要赶路也就不罗嗦了。总之是一次五味杂陈的度假旅途。

The hotel has fantastic lake view, and shopping mall is within 10-minutes drive. Definitely worth trying.

早中晚餐都很差，选择少、口味非常咸、完全无法下口。住了三天后回家腹泻严重。前台拒绝识别我的会员信息，但其实我会员价格和公司团体预定的价格相同（650/晚），我不理解有什么理由拒绝会员信息登记
Poor air quality and bathroom cleaness

I had a poor experience at Hualuxe. The air quality in the room was super bad. Symptoms include nausea and giddiness. What’s more, the toilet did not flush properly, so that a lot of stuff remained in the toilet however I flushed.

The location of the hotel is nearby lake and easy to get,but the inner road guide is not clear, driver will to miss if they arrive in night. And the parking area is not good and a little dirty.

I would recommend this hotel as my first choice for vacation. The bedding in the hotel made me have a good sleep, which is very difficult, because I am a very picky person about bedding. The hotel is located not far from Jinji Lake, and you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset on the balcony of the room. The room area is relatively large, and everything here is very comfortable.

Excellent service with nice hotel stuff, like rainbow, and others nice guy.
While my child is looking for some food and lobby, the hotel lobby manager bring the ice cream to my kids, bring a lot of good memories to my kids and my family.

I really enjoyed this stay at hualuxe with my family and the facilities, kids land and hot tub is excellent. I hope everybody can come to this great hotel and enjoy a great holiday with your family
Great service and natural views

The natural views are excellent. Hot springs are a fascinating facility and bring a rememberable experience after a hard-working day. The brand new and state-in-art equipment in the gym is also adorable. Especially the supervisor in the dining room is very professional and warm-hearted to the guest.
