Te Awa Room consists of the Shotover, Kawarau and Clutha rooms combined into one event space. Featuring abundant natural light and modern A/V facilities, this room has a larger capacity suitable for product launches, presentations and event dinners.

The Remarkables Boardroom is the perfect private space for a small business meeting, or an additional administration room to supplement events taking place in the Te Awa Room. This event space features a large LCD TV screen with webcam capabilities.
