Wonderful hotel! Restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. Staff is amazing. Breakfast is fabulous! Everyone is warm and welcoming. Can't wait to go back.

Starting with Theresa, the General Manager, to the housekeeping staff, all made you feel welcome from the moment you entered the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Would recommend to anyone

I highly recommend the Staybridge Suites Buffalo Amherst if you need accommodations while visiting the area on business or pleasure. The hotel has great personnel that will work to make everything right during your stay. The hotel is very clean and modern and has all of the guest services an individual or family need during a short or multi-day stay.

From the moment we arrived we were blown away with the service and friendliness of staff especially Linda.
We spent 9 nights and travelled from Australia. Rooms are so clean, breakfast was fresh and delicious and social nights were fantastic.

Excellent place to spend a few days.

We had an excellent stay at the Staybridge in Amherst, NY. The staff were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The manager was always available and spoke with many of the hotel guests. The hotel was clean. The breakfast and social evening were excellent with lots of choices. It was different every day. If we needed anything we simply had to ask. I made use of the gym daily and the laundry facilities as well. Our dog loved it there as well.

Sofa bed needs to be replaced in one bedroom suite. It was very uncomfortable to sleep on . The mattress was very uncomfortable and caused back pain. Needs to be replaced

Enjoyed my stay here very much. The continental breakfast is awesome, the pet fee is reasonable, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Will be staying again on my back through Buffalo.

We stayed a week and everyone from management to cleaning staff were extremely friendly and happy. This is a clean positive reflection of the management.

The staff was amazing. I was informed that they are going to be doing renovations soon. So hopefully the water filters are better because the pool wasnt being filtered properly. I didn’t like the fact that other guest were allowed to have their dogs in the pool areas
