Had an overall positive stay here. Staff was great, property was clean and safe. Room was typical of Holiday Inn Express. But breakfast ended during our stay earlier than stated hours; with people still trying to eat and many of the food items being empty simultaneously. Wasn't looking for a giant meal but planned to grab a quick bite and leave. This wasn't possible and had to seek breakfast elsewhere - but staying at Holiday Inn because it comes with a standard breakfast offering is part of the decision. So, overall not pleased by this.

The motel staff was excellent and the convience of being so close to the walls stadium was a huge plus. The room itself needed attention amd the breakfast was the worst of any ihg I have stayed at

Pros: Great check in experience, comfortable bed, location to Six Flags great
Cons: Roaches in the room, shower does not drain well, breakfast area needs more supervision and care about the guest. Basically, out of food 30 min before it closed and hardly any guests there. Pancake machine not working any time.

My hotel room in Dallas was fantastic. Spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a stunning city view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the quiet atmosphere made it perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The staff was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall great experience. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dallas

Good location - Close to Six Flags and AT&T Stadium. Hotel was not in good condition or super clean - dead bugs in bathroom floor and their breakfast was minimal. Completely ran out of all fruit and what was “cooked” looked pretty old. These are all things the hotel staff and management have control over.

I do not think there was much negativity but i like to point it out that if there are two beds on one room there should be four towels

There is a major mold issue on this property. We had to change rooms and I encountered other guests who experienced the same mold issue or worse. The cleaning staff should perform a deep clean after guests check out of the hotel as we also had vomit in our second room.
That being said, customer service was top tier. Anything we requested was granted without question and the staff was very polite and helpful.

Over all the experience was a great one... Places to eat, drink , and visit where all close and convenient. Friendly staff. They had a nice selection of snacks up front if you didnt want to drive anywhere as well. So I would recommend this place to anyone.

During my stay, I received a quick attention and friendly from front desk personnel. However, my room 315 had a problem with the toilet does not work well, have a flushing problems in each use, it was frustrating, another thing is that i found a dirty sock under bed.
