I was in town for a performance for the alumni of my alma matter. Nerves were running high and I was feeling my best when I checked in. Samantha and Roman were kind and graceful through it all. They knew how to bring peace and calm to me. The room was everything I needed and the kitchen was PERFECT! The breakfast was more than expected. It's my spot every time I come to town!

This room was too expensive to be so outdated. It was a good layout & location. AC in one of the rooms wasn’t working properly & the door to that room was broken as well. Kitchen & living room were great.

Nos hospedamos en la habitación 210 y el colchon del sofa cama estaba sucio, con migajas y una liga para cabello, en muy malas condiciones.
No me recibieron como miembro IHG, la señorita Karla fue muy grosera y se burló que una de mis tarjetas no pasaba, pero explíquenle que cuando tiene un límite muy alto, se bloque en otros países por primera vez, no porque sea mexicana. Porque no podía hablar español. Pedimos uncepillo de dientes y jabón de barra y no había y NO HAY HIELO , se tiene que pedir en cocina, so hay alguien te dan, pero sino, no habia hielo en todo el hotel.

Nice Hotel with spacious rooms, ok standard, comfortable beds, helpful and kind staff. Nice pool, and ok variation in breakfast. Easy access, 24h open reception. Good parking areas. Quite location.

Durante mi estancia, no salió agua caliente en la ducha el segundo día, el refrigerador no enfriaba del todo bien, tiene buena ubicación sin embargo con estas oportunidades lo tendré en cuenta para la siguiente visita a la ciudad.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by both the service and the facilities. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and welcoming.
One of the standout features for me was the basketball court—a rare find in hotels! It was well-maintained and perfect for a quick game or just shooting hoops to unwind after a long day.
The complimentary breakfast was another highlight. There was a great variety of hot and cold options, fresh fruit, and quality coffee—definitely a step above the typical hotel spread.
The gym was clean, modern, and surprisingly well-equipped. Whether you’re into cardio or strength training, it had everything needed for a solid workout.
Another huge plus was the free laundry facility. This made a big difference during my longer stay—convenient, easy to use, and such a thoughtful amenity that added real value.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and provided all the comforts and conveniences I could ask for. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!
