I took my son to the Cavs game. When we came back he went to pull out his bed and there was trash under the cushions and then the mattress had no sheets,no blankets. We looked around the room no extra bedding for the pull out couch. Front desk wouldn’t answer so we went back down stairs and. Waited for someone to bring me bedding to take back up stairs. Again no sheets two comforters and two pillows. He decided to just sleep on the couch and not put it into a bed.

The staff at this hotel are 100% top notch! Friendly, helpful, never appeared bothered or annoyed, offered amenities I wasn't entitled to (room upgrade, free drink ticket), and were always 100% available to assist with anything! The Front Office Manager realizing my embarrassment for not having cash to tip the Valet, took money out of her own pocket and gave it to me to tip them to keep me from feeling less than when I picked up my car! I simply forgot to get cash and she saved the day and didn't have to at all! I will never forget the level of generosity I was exposed to on my final day! The Courtyard is amazing and lobby was beautiful and well kept! I would definitely stay there again!!!

Julia at reception was great! Room was comfortable and clean. However, bar supposedly only has ten wine glasses and they don’t allow guests to take them to the rooms so we were given plastic cups to drink celebratory champagne out of. I get this is a three star hotel but if there’s an onsite bar, requesting wine glasses isn’t that crazy. We were also told they don’t stock wine keys in the rooms because people steal them. Wine glasses are very cheap on Amazon. Perhaps
buy a few more? The restaurant was also closed both days we stayed. Would we stay here again? Likely not. Next time we’ll try somewhere else.

I’m an IHG elite customer and stay in Indigo Hotels all over the globe for the elevated experience. This hotel has cut corners at every turn, and it shows. It’s on par with a Holiday Inn Express, at best. The valet service will have you waiting over an hour for your car because they have selected a far off parking garage that is over 15 min away, and that’s without traffic. They also don’t staff appropriately to handle the demand. U go ou may wait hours for your room to be ready- even if you arrive after 6pm Again, cost cutting and inadequate staff. Hotel is not that clean and they skimp in towel service, coffee service, etc. If you feel like paying an up charge fo a bottom rate experience, this is it.

The staff was pleasant and friendly. It was a last minute stay and I was able to book a room the same day. The room itself appeared nice at first but then when you entered you could see hair in the bathroom from the last guest, there was no fitted sheet on the bed. The water pressure was almost non existent. They also left vacant rooms unlocked and open, this is a huge security risk for staff and guests.

Excellent experience, excellent bed, excellent bathroom, hotel was outstanding, staff was outstanding, looking forward to returning.Having the basketball arena in close proximity is highly convenient for attending games Cleveland Ohio boasts a captivating city atmosphere and lively action Its central location is a significant benefit.

Great staff, comfortable, awesome location, and the price was not bad. We will be coming back again. Going to a concert, baseball or basketball game? Stay here!!!

It was my first time staying at this property, it was very inviting and comfortable, the staff was friendly and very helpful. Any questions I had they were very responsive. I needed extra towels, and they brought it right up. It was really a clean and comfortable room to stay in. I would def recommend the stay.

We came up for a kid's hockey event at the monster's arena and then a monster's game after. I wanted to make it a fun family trip by staying overnight. The hotel was nice, and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. The price was a little high due to a Cleveland Browns game the next day but better than some of the surrounding hotels.
