Our overall experience with this hotel was excellent! The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly, pleasant, professional, and very helpful. The overall value of this hotel was excellent, considering the condition of the room, the free hot breakfast, the location of the hotel (just off Interstate 25N), and the staff.

Amazing hotel. Up to date gym. Fantastic mountain views. Awesome lobby and breakfast. Will absolutely look for another opportunity to stay here again!

Great staff! The little 'goody bag' at check in was a very nice touch - don't see that very much anymore. It wasn't fancy by any means, but it was thoughtful and made us feel welcome!
Room was clean, property quiet. Public areas well maintained.

Hotel is in a nice location, enjoy the view. Not sure if normal but there was a horrific smell in the stairway our entire visit. Hotel would be amazing with a deep clean and refresh of all areas. Overall nice stay

We stayed for 4 nights while we were sightseeing in the area. The hotel has a great location. We opted for mountain view and it was worth it! The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. The hotel room was comfortable. It included a large sofa and we liked having the extra seating. We would have liked to have had a towel bar or at least a hook or two. We ended up having to hang our towels on door knobs. We would definitely stay here again!

Rooms are in excellent condition, no issue whatsoever so ever.

Nice hotel, good location, pleasant staff. A lot of construction workers staying at the hotel. Our room (#414) when we arrived was fairly warm, we discovered the windows were open in both the bedroom and living room area and wondered why that was and why the cleaning people left them open. We closed those and turned up the a/c and proceeded to get ready to go out to dinner with some friends. By the time we were ready to go the temperature in the room was 3* hotter. As we were leaving for dinner, we stopped at the front desk and requested a new room. The only room available was a accessible room, which we were fine with. We moved our things to the new room (which was cool) and left for dinner. When we got back to the room we discovered the a/c unit in that room (#228) was really loud and it obviously needed some work done to it. It was difficult to sleep as every time it kicked on it sounded like something was grinding. It WORKED though and it was late, so we just mentioned it to the front desk when we left. We realize things wear out and need repaired, but with these two rooms we can't imagine previous occupants not mentioning them to the staff. These rooms shouldn't have been used again until they were fixed.

Loud train nearby and staying at Staybridge often means I usually am used to the accommodations as far as food and drink(wine/beer) during the social time Mondays - Wednesday. I reserved this hotel assuming that this was at each Staybridge like I’ve stayed at before but unfortunately they did not have beer/wine. When I asked The manager (I assume) he told me that “it’s for the better, you construction guys don’t realize what it’s like to drink at this altitude and apparently they’ve had problems with guys getting too drunk before. It’s not a big deal but it would have been nice to know beforehand. I don’t appreciate getting grouped as a “construction guy” either. I stayed at a different Staybridge the following week while I was in this area working. Honestly the hotel needs an update as well. You can tell it’s dated upon arrival to room.

I didn’t want to leave.

I really enjoyed my time here. The view was very nice. There was plenty of space to enjoy outdoors. My room was stocked and clean not to mention the great breakfast. I will visit again if I’m in the area.

Wonderful family stay

We were a group of 2 x families (8 in total) and we were comfortably accommodated in a 2-bedroom suite. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in order to explore Colorado Springs. The beds and linen were comfortable, the hot showers had great water pressure, and the kitchenette was well stocked with enough amenities for our stay. The breakfast also surpassed our expectations because there were plenty of options of hot items and even a waffle maker and whipped cream for the kids to enjoy. Overall a very pleasant stay, we will be back!
