I was very disappointed in this hotel. Had I read reviews prior to making reservations I never would have stayed. Several issues. My room had no bath cloths. Breakfast was no up to par for a StayBridge. The air freshener spray they use was very overpowering and made me sick. I really wish IHG would rethink the use of this spray for people who are sensitive to toxic sprays.

Once our room issue was solved our overall stay was good, property could use a refresh in all areas, waaay dated.

Couch was falling apart, walls had paint and texture missing, bath/shower had mold on the grout. Drawers wouldn't close in the bedroom. Just felt like a general lack of effort on the hotel staffs part for that room. Not sure why, but I wouldn't offer that room to anyone. My wife and kids do not wish to return to a Staybridge ever again because of this.

This Hotel was easily accessable,
Staff wasfriendly and attetative toall guests needs, The hotel was fresh and very clean. Just needto tkuch up on thier social hour,, guests needs and activities. Would defentitly atay again.

Tv in the living room “not working” (no signal)
Tv in the living room “missing remote”
Room smells Awful (previous occupant trash left under the sink).
Stains on the couch and barstools.
Tv stand’s drawers didn’t shut properly
Christopher @ front desk was contacted over the issues he sent Maintenance/Driver(Alex) sent to the room to repair tv issues. Didn’t identify himself wanting to enter the room. No employees wear identification nor name tags let alone uniforms.
Tub (slow drain) clogged showered with ankle deep water. After shower completed awful smell permeate from the sink in the kitchenette.
Back door doesn’t lock/Secure (Southwest)
Will not be staying in the future at the establishment. Really Concerned wondering if corporate / management knows about all of this.

I was disappointed that my Diamond Elite status was neither acknowledged nor appreciated during my stay. I was not asked whether I preferred points or an amenity, and the interaction with the front desk staff felt rather impersonal. Additionally, I was assigned a handicap room, which I had not requested, and when I asked to change it, I was charged more than the amount in my original reservation. Furthermore, I did not receive the upgrade that my status indicates should be guaranteed. Overall, this experience left me very dissatisfied with the service I received at this property.

Just the airport shuttle should run earlier but overall it's good.

This was the first time staying at this hotel, but likely not the last. We enjoyed the stay. We were welcomed by an upgrade to a 2-bedroom suite, and we felt pleased. We enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. Overall, the hotel looked a bit dated, but well maintained.

Sometimes it is better to expect less and then get more. This what we experienced with our stay at this hotel. Hotel exterior was renovated in contrast to the pic in the website. Also we got a 2-bedroom room which was a surprise because nothing was mentioned in the website. We appreciate the automatic upgrade to a family room considering the rate we paid was not bad. Social hour was also an added points and breakfast was good.

Great stay. Conveniently located. Comfortable sleeping and living rooms. Clean fully equipped kitchen. Considerate walk or roll in accessible shower with two shower heads one for full body and another for assistive cleaning. Courteous Staff. Child friendly. Cool pool. Can’t get any better than this resort like hotel stay.

Great hotel!!! It was clean and their pet friendly policy provides a perfect option for those who travel with our four paws family. The easy access to and from Hwy 10 makes this location a great one for those who just are driving by to their final destination. Front desk personnel were friendly and courteous.

We didn't have a chance to try the breakfast because we traded sleep for food, but the area looked clean and cozy.

Definitely this location will be my permanent stop on my way to my final destination.

Buenas tardes. No quisiera dejar pasar la oportunidad de darles una retroalimentación de mi alojamiento pasado, ya que me sorprendió al recibir una llamada por WhatsApp de parte del hotel en donde se me reclamaba una supuestas manchas en las sabanas y si volvía a suceder me tendrían que hacer un cargo. En ningún momento mi hija y yo manchamos dichas sabanas y en principio pues creo que fue una mala acción por parte del hotel. A
Al dia siguiente nos percatamos que nos habían retirado la cortina del baño y pues nos tuvimos que duchar sin ella.
En pocas palabras muy mala experiencia y no vuelvo con la marca.
