We had a pleasant visit. Convenient location right of interatate 65. Clean, quiet. The friendly staff with very accommodating. My grandson had a blast in the heated pool! It has a very nice gazebo area for grilling!

We cancelled at another place so had to find a place quickly. The staff was so kind to get us what we needed. She also had good food suggestions. We plan to return.

I live locally, and had to have my roof replaced. Because of the noise, I decided to take my dog to Candlewood for a “daycation” and we were treated so well! Ina at the front desk was able to get us into a room by 9:15am and we relaxed all day. Her kindness and understanding made my day. I had planned to go home that night, but because I was so comfortable we stayed the night.

The host Ina was customer service was top tier. Any and every concern I had she was pleased to assist with it.
No TV and no resolution offered

Our living room TV didn’t work, I reported it to them and they unplugged the power and coax and replugged and it still didn’t work and their solution was to put in a work order and ask the boss if there was any other solution. Since the bedroom TV worked they seemed okay with that, didn’t ask if I was, which I was not. Did not offer to move to another room. At checkout I told a man that was at the desk, not sure of name or role, but he provided some points to address the issue I reported to him at checkout. Guess something is better than nothing. Good thing we didn’t have kids or that would have made this significantly more difficult.

This hotel is in excellent condition and the staff is amazing! The hotel was immaculately clean and is meticulously maintained. Jackie is who we talked with and she was so friendly! Jackie went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay on our trip! Stay at this hotel you will not be disappointed!

We had a great stay and the first shift clerk was amazing. However the 3rd shift clerk “Conner” was a total jerk and could t be bothered to help us. Was way to busy on his phone and threw a tantrum when my Fiancée needed help

Loved the Candlewood stay while traveling home from vacation. Clean and comfortable beds. Staff very friendly. Can’t say enough about this hotel!

I don't think that i will be staying here again...I was over charged for items I purchased at the front desk.....and when checking out the guy was super rude....

This place is terrible. Stay far away from it. IHG should be ashamed this is part of their portfolio of hotels. It’s dirty and the rooms smell bad. Don’t be fooled by the goof reviews. If you have standards, you will avoid staying here. Plus, don’t expect the staff to treat you with any respect or dignity. This is the place where you stay to sleep off a bad hangover, but you got the hangover because you stayed here.
