First time at this particular location and it did not disappoint! It was warm and cozy and welcoming!! The water and chips are a good touch (though i probably think 1 bag per guest would be better received…)
Overall the setting was perfect for the small wedding we attended next door! The food was delicious and plentiful. The staff were friendly and accommodating!

Our suite was perfect for my husbands Navy Graduation. Plenty of space for everyone visiting. Loved the room extras and everything felt like we were at home. The welcome dinner/drinks and morning breakfast were phenomenal. We will recommend this property to all our friends and family. We will be staying here again.

Everyone was amazing. The food was great. Staff was friendly. The room was clean. Everything was in working order. We were there for my son‘s graduation from the Navy and I really like the location. I would definitely stay here again.

I give this place a 3 star and I’m usually not even the type to leave reviews on places. The breakfast window is literally only maybe 2-3 hours and ends most mornings at 9:30am which I feel is crazy because that’s when most people wake up. Second thing is I found BUGS in my bed😞gnats/ flies…and dead mosquitoes….when I brought it up my room did get change but im just disappointed

Staybridge is my favorite chain. I will stay in a Staybridge whenever available. This hotel was delightful. The outdoor patio was so nice. The room divine! My next stays will be suites. I was sorry it was just one night. Had no one else had to go to work the next day I would of booked another night just for fun! So gorgeous! I wish there had been a hot tub. But some just dont have them. The pool was warm.

Excellent location services and hospitality. I felt immediately welcome and especially many thanks for the personal interest and service of Natalie, David and Rosie during my 1st stay in this hotel Staybridge Suites Lincolnshire. Very much appreciated for this warm feeling.

I was due in town for my 50th HS reunion from 5-16/19, 2025 and to be frank, when I checked in about 4 PM on 5-16 after driving 900 miles from NC, I was like a raw nerve....and about as nice to be around. Honestly, I was a jerk although that is not the correct word at all. Tanya, who checked me in, overlooked my Very Bad Attitude and was totally personable, professional and efficient....once I got a shower and came back down to earth I felt REALLY bad about how I had talked to her and she gracefully accepted my apology. Not sufficient, at all, and certainly not earned by me.
This property is BEAUTIFUL. it is very well built, and frankly unusual for hotels of this type. I arrived the day of the dust storm and I was watching the storm approach and noticed how well made the window sashes were in my room - there was NO WAY any dust was getting in and that was borne out later when we got hit with a massive thunderstorm. Dry and tight, sealed up like a drum. Nice.
It borders the Marriott Lincolnshire resort and is convenient to just about anything on the North Shore and even the north side of Chicago, as I went to the Cubs-Sox game at Wrigley the night after the Old Folks' (US) Bash....and when I left town the next day I made it from Staybridge to the Illinois-Indiana state line in about 90 minutes, using the Skyway. And that was on a Monday morning during rush hour. Don't ask me how I did it. I do not know.
The limited amount of time I was in my room at Staybridge (I was running around the entire time I was in town) was QUIET and RESTFUL...as in PERFECT. The day after I got there I spent all day sleeping before the gala that night and went feeling totally rested and like a million bucks.
The place is VERY clean and everything works. My room had a full kitchen including all essential cutlery as well as plates and bowls, etc. And they were spotless.
I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. This stay was truly a bargain. And I'm not writing this trying to make up for my bad behavior before.....nope. They earned this one...hands down.
And there's even a Walker Brothers OHOP (Original House Of Pancakes) right around the corner. Having grown up going to the "Original" OHOP (or so we were told) on Green Bay Road in Wilmette, it broke my heart I just didn't have time to stop for one of those world famous Apple pancakes....next time
Great for large parties

I booked the 1queen 2double beds 2 suites bedroom for my 2 nights stay. I really like the room option here for bigger parties. The kitchen came fully equipped and the room was spacious. The dishwasher was very convenient for us to wash all the dishes/silverwares. The only minor issue I had was that my room did not automatically get daily cleaning (clean towels, bed made, trash taken out), and the doors were sticky and hard to open without it getting stuck. The fine print of daily cleaning upon request was quite small and lengthy, therefore it was my fault for not reading. I’m used to Indigo/Holiday Inn doing auto upkeep everyday, so I was surprised Staybridge didn't. Otherwise, Id say everything was perfect. The walls were thick which makes it sound proof from everything’s outside the room. The areas were clean and easy to navigate. Breakfast was decent and lots of varieties. Check in and out was smooth. I would rebook this hotel again especially for this specific suite when I revisit in the future.

Staff is mostly nice if slightly overwhelmed. The laundry situation needs tending to, lack of bedding for sofa bed and towel shortage most notable. Guests running amok late at night. Teen boys playing some kind of game. Breakfast was excellent. Staff is trying hard but overwhelmed by awful guests. Maybe a security presence is needed? Was not recognized as a IHG® Rewards Club Members.

I checked in to this property not knowing what to expect. The reviews online did say it all. This place is just wonderful comfortable beds spacious and luxurious bathroom kitchen was nice and clean living area was spacious and entertaining. This was a perfect apartment for my small family of 3 and was able to accommodate a little dinner gathering for my daughter who was graduating from the navy. We were all impressed
Great location for weekend or 2 day stay.

Site access is convenient and traffic was easy. The staff are friendly but the car valet is $80/night. River cruises within 5 minute walk, Magnificent Mile is close, walkable and outside. Room is cosy but does not have clothes drawers. Small coffee cups, limited servings. Corner Suites have no view. Shower pressure is good. City view is looking at next building. Food quality was medium at hotel and downtown area (tourist).
