Great location and very clean hotel! My only complaint is that I felt like I was a burden anytime I had to speak to the front desk employees.

I had never stayed or even heard of an Avid hotel before so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I'm happy to report that it was a very clean, comfortable and cost savings experience. While it was minimal as far as space goes, the room had everything needed for my stay.I mostly enjoyed how clean and comfortable the bedding was. The bonus was the great breakfast selection and fresh coffee 24/7.

This was our first experience with Avid. Our first impression is that it is like a college dorm atmosphere. We had a king standard room & it was small for us. We are used to bigger rooms, but we wanted to check out Avid.
We will probably stick with the HI Express or Staybridge.
The staff was great, price point was good for the size of the room. Breakfast was grab & go.
Only issue was that the live TV kept going out and had to restart all the time. Maybe heavy clouds or something….
A rising star in the IHG chain

I stayed in four hotel chains on this trip, and Avid was the one that I haven't stayed at in the past. This brand by IHG is relatively new. The property I stayed at was built in 2018, so everything inside the hotel is relatively new. The beds and pillows are comfortable, the sheets and towels are clean and fresh. The AC unit works great. The electronics (TV, lights, alarm clock) are modern. The hotel is equipped with all the essentials to make a comfortable and productive stay, from gym and swimming pool to mini market and lobby with lounge chairs and couchs. The coffee machine is a plus, which means there is coffee day and night, and on the go. The value is super, with a lot of locations just around $100. Overall, this is the best of the four hotels I stayed at on this trip.

We have stayed multiple times at this hotel. It is always clean and the rooms well stocked with the necessities including ENOUGH fresh towels. The continental breakfast has several options and is always fresh. The coffee is also good. So all around a great, reasonable place to stay

This hotel is amazing if you're traveling with pets. Too many "pet friendly" hotels are run down or not maintained. This hotel is clean and well maintained. It has tile floors which is so much better with pets. The staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed in several hotels as we were moving across country this was by far the best one!

The hotel is clean and green. Dove products are great. Breakfast can be improved. Bed and pillows are too soft to my liking. Free parking is good. Wi fi connection is good. There are few restaurants in the area.

This brand emphasises just doing the basics and doing it very well. The rooms are simple without a lot of extras but have everything one needs for a quick overnighter or short stay. Beds are comfy, great pillows, quiet A/C. Very well maintained and the staff was friendly and responsive. Nice shower with great temperature and water pressure. Coffee 24/7 downstairs. I mean, really, does anyone actually put anything in those chest of drawers/dressers many places have?
