This is the first time we have stayed at a Candlewood Suites and we were impressed by the service, friendliness, and helpfulness of the staff! The rooms with the mini kitchen was extremely helpful as we used it daily. The fitness room was properly equipped and I had several times I used it!
All in all, I highly recommend this new hotel in Callaway, FL

Hotel staff was amazing. Each one was always very helpful. Loved the coffee and the supplies available in the Lobby. Grateful for the laundry and the room was quiet inside and very comfortable. Exceptionally clean! Highly recommend!!!

Staff was so warm, welcoming, and worked efficiently, shout out to the Manager Cynthia and her staff. Super pet friendly and our little dog was comfy and secure. Nice quiet stay, cool a/c, room including kitchenette, beds, linens were pristine! Loved all the Dove products as I forgot to bring mine they had me covered Ì was so pleased with everything down to the position of the tv.
I haven’t been this pleased and satisfied with a hotel room in a while as great service has really taken a hit post Covid. This is an amazing stay!

Great stay as the staff made it a pleasant time at the hotel. Wish I was better at remembering names but from check in to the manager, all were friendly and accommodating to the needs of not just us but other guest that I saw them interact with.

The hotel is brand new built with new concepts and building codes. It is extremely well insulated against outside noises, no road noise from traffic, no noise from people digging in the ice machine, you don’t even hear the elevator. The rooms have a full size kitchen including new dishes and a 5 foot refrigerator with freezer compartment. The bathroom is spotless and includes hand soap, body wash soap, and conditioner. The workout room has free weights and machines including treadmills, etc. The staff are kind, helpful, and friendly. This is the best hotel I have stayed at that does not have an adjoining sweet costing double the price. I love how clean this place is. Ten stars for cleanness and kind staff. There are restaurants and grocery stores close by including a Wal Mart.

The entire staff has exceptional service. The cleaning, The customer service and hospitality. The beds are very very comfortable, the air is very cold, the location is amazing the manager “(Cathy or Cindy)” is very very very very accommodating to guess. The only thing that I think this hotel should change is that they should keep all guests with pets only on one floor
