"Food is the blessing from Nature". El Chino Chinese Restaurant features an innovative version of Cantonese cuisine with special local custom "Yumcha" which is preserved in its authenticity. Six exquisitely decorated private rooms ranging in various sizes house an exclusive collection of masterpieces of China's contemporary artists, providing a perfect dining ambiance amidst its splendors.

Inspired by the famous attraction "Mayor's Plaza" in Madrid, and "Mercado" which means food market in Spanish, the Mercado Restaurant and Cafe truly reflects these features while offering international flavors at all times. This restaurant accommodates 355 seats with optional al fresco seating as well as two semi private pavilions.

Joy Kids Utopia Indoor experience combines kids' oriented delicacies with interactive activities, cooking classes or interactive drama, letting the little explorers think, design and create their own Utopia wonderland.

Named in memory of Shenzhen Bay Hotel which opened in 1982 in the same location, this round-shaped architecture is the miniature of the Spanish bull fighting ring. At the center of the lounge we proudly display the limited edition of Schimmel piano designed by Ferrari designer.
