Now listed on the National Register of Historic Places, our historic hotel was built as a Holiday Inn in 1963 by Merrill G. Ehrman, who also designed Graceland. As the first of its kind in downtown Memphis, it features T.Y. Lin's innovative ""Lin Tee"" design, known for its structural efficiency.
