The Magnolia meeting room is located on the top floor of the hotel. It is 1003 square feet and can hold up to 50 people. The room has a retractable partition, it can be joined with the Cypress meeting space to form one large room, the Canopy.

The Cypress meeting room is located on the top floor and is 883 square feet with a capacity of 50 guests. It can be combined with the Magnolia room to form one large space, the Canopy room. On-site catering and AV rentals available.

Located on the top floor is the St Marks boardroom. This space is 432 square feet and seats up to 12 people at a conference table. On-site catering and AV rentals available.
