我2017年帶過。那時候很棒就想說在來一次。這次就覺得酒店和房間保留的不好。前台的服務員很棒可是大少的不是很好。我媽住的很不舒服後來跟他們換個房間好一點。以後不會來了。 Came here in 2017 and it was awesome, but the hotel changed management and is a lot older. I don't think it's maintained properly. The front desk staff was awesome, but the room was dirty. They didn't change the hot water thing so the previous guests stuff was there, there was mold and mildew in the sink, the desk was sticky and had residue that I had to wipe off before using, and the trash cans were literally rotting (falling apart). They gave us free breakfast, but still kind of left a not so good impression so we asked them to switch up our rooms. The new room was better, but the bidet didn't work... I think it's just old.

I stayed here once before, and it was a great experience this time around too.
The hotel is not too far from Hongqiao (SHA) airport, and a stone’s throw from Jing’An or Huang’Pu districts, which is bustling with nightlife.
My status was recognized at check-in and I picked the free breakfast as my welcome amenity, but was also given points too! =)
I came on a weekday and booked the second largest suite. I received a complimentary upgrade to the largest suite in the hotel, which saved me about USD 70 per night. Either suite was huge, so the upgrade was a nice bonus.
The concierge and front desk staff were patient and professional and the amenities like the pool, locker and shower room, and the first floor cafe were top notch. The waitresses at the restaurant were also very friendly and the restaurant offered a wide assortment of different cuisines.
Highly recommend staying here for either business or tourism.

Whenever I come to Shanghai I stay here. The team is super friendly and very generous on upgrades for elite members. The location is super conviniebt and the rooms are very charming. Best IHG hotel in Shanghai!

My parents and I had a great stay at the hotel. The front desk lady generously offered us complementary breakfast. She was friendly and welcoming, asking us if we need anything. Breakfast was delicious.

房间非常脏，地毯几乎无清洁，床品清洁不到位，睡醒隔天小腿碰到床品的地方有类似被虫咬的红肿块。浴巾大概等同于擦地抹布，黑黑的，破破的，臭臭的，油油的。浴室台盆浴缸，淋浴间，估计也被清洁阿姨放弃了，该发霉发霉，该破损破损。不知道此酒店其他房间如何。

Unfortunately, the condition of the room was extremely poor. The carpet was barely cleaned, and the bedding didn’t seem properly sanitized. I woke up with red, swollen marks on my lower legs where they had touched the bedding, possibly from insect bites.
The towels were shocking — dark, torn, smelly, and greasy, barely distinguishable from floor rags. The bathroom sink, bathtub, and shower area were all moldy or damaged, seemingly neglected altogether by housekeeping.
I’m not sure if other rooms in the hotel are the same, but this stay was deeply disappointing.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing due to several issues:
Hygiene:
The cleanliness was far below expectations. I found a long hair on the face towel in my room, even though I have short hair. The plates in the temporary lounge on the first floor were covered in grease and water stains, making them unusable. Later, I tried the upstairs lounge, but the plates there were also not clean.
Facilities:
There were multiple problems with the room facilities. The shower adaptor was bent, making it very difficult to shower properly. The curtains could not be opened with the electric controls and would get stuck; even trying to open them manually didn’t work. One of the floor lamps could not be turned off, so the room was too bright for sleeping. The internet connection was unstable and frequently disconnected.
Other Issues:
After dusk, termites started flying into the room, which was very unpleasant. The lounge experience was extremely disappointing, and I would rate it zero. Additionally, no one ever answered the express service phone line when I called for assistance.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Generally, it is a good experience to stay here. They have beautiful decorations in the hall and the room. The balcony has a stunning view of natural scenery. But I think the hotel should focus more on the room service:
1. The WiFi in the room is very unstable. Even for a simple card game. Multiple lags when watching videos.
2. Lots of mosquitoes in the room, and I couldn't sleep well for the 2 whole nights. It was so upset.
